What is Step Up Bearwood?
Step Up Bearwood is a local pilot project from Step Up Socials, designed to bring businesses and the community together in new, positive ways.
It’s not about polished marketing or corporate campaigns.
It’s about real people. Everyday moments. And showing up for the place we live.
This project was born from frustration. From seeing local businesses go unseen. From realising how many brilliant people are here, but no one knows how to find them. From feeling the pride and potential in this place… but not seeing it celebrated.
But we believe change starts small.
And when local businesses step up, they don’t just grow their brand, they bring streets, schools, and people together.

To reignite pride in our area by helping local businesses show up with heart, online and on the street.
